STARTUP REVIEW FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Clear answers about Chraimus, its MVP demo, business-use music model, metadata workflow, licensing approach and future roadmap.

01
For Startup Review
Is Chraimus a finished commercial product or an MVP?
Chraimus is currently presented as a controlled MVP demo. The MVP demonstrates the core platform structure, point-based music organization, music profile logic, review flow and terminal playback experience. It is not presented as a fully finished commercial product.
02
For Startup Review
What does the current MVP demonstrate?
The current MVP demonstrates how Chraimus can organize music around business context, venue type, venue points, music profiles, selected track pools and a simplified terminal playback experience. It shows the product logic rather than a final commercial-scale deployment.
03
Music Rights
Where will the music come from?
The preferred model is to work with music creators, producers, catalog owners or approved supply partners who can provide business-use tracks with the required usage rights and basic metadata. Chraimus can then validate, standardize and match those tracks to the right venue points.
04
Music Rights
Does Chraimus produce the music itself?
Chraimus is not positioned as a music production company. Its core role is to organize, validate, standardize, match and deliver business-use music experiences through a B2B SaaS platform. Music may come from creators, producers, catalog owners or approved supply partners.
05
Metadata
How will Chraimus classify the music?
Chraimus can classify tracks through a structured metadata and suitability workflow. This may include venue type, venue point, atmosphere, mood, energy, tempo range, vocal mode, language, style, usage context and business suitability.
06
Metadata
Do music suppliers need to provide perfect metadata?
No. Chraimus does not depend on every supplier providing perfect metadata from the beginning. Suppliers can provide basic required information such as track ownership, usage rights, vocal mode, language, mood, tempo and style. Chraimus can then validate, standardize and enrich this information through its own metadata and suitability workflow before assigning tracks to venue points.
07
Metadata
Will the classification be manual or AI-assisted?
The classification workflow can combine human review with AI-supported assistance. AI-supported tools may help with metadata suggestions, suitability checks or review workflows, but Chraimus is not positioned as an AI music generator. The final product layer is business music control, validation and point-based matching.
08
Technical
How does Chraimus match music with venue points?
Chraimus matches music by connecting track metadata with venue-point profiles. A lobby, spa, gym, restaurant, bar, store or salon can each have different atmosphere rules, energy levels, timing logic and suitability criteria.
09
For Startup Review
Are the demo tracks a final commercial catalog?
No. The demo tracks are used to demonstrate the MVP logic and controlled review experience. They should not be presented as a final commercial catalog. A commercial version would require a structured supply workflow, required usage rights, metadata validation and business-use readiness.
10
Technical
Why does Chraimus need its own player?
A dedicated player can support controlled playback, point assignment, protected delivery, future offline-capable playback, announcements, device logic and business-side restrictions. This is different from simply sending businesses to generic consumer music apps.
11
Technical
Is offline playback available now?
Offline playback is not presented as a completed commercial feature in the current MVP. It is part of the future protected playback path, especially after company setup, app certification and controlled file-delivery infrastructure.
12
Music Rights
How will music licensing and usage rights be handled?
Chraimus is not positioned as a music production company. The preferred model is to work with music creators, producers, catalog owners or approved supply partners who can provide business-use tracks with required usage rights. Chraimus can then validate, standardize and match those tracks to suitable venue points for controlled playback. The goal is to support legally usable, rights-cleared and cost-efficient business-use music experiences.
13
Future Development
What is planned after company setup?
After company setup, Chraimus can move toward supplier onboarding, music rights workflows, metadata validation, protected playback, pilot customer validation, subscription activation, reporting and multi-location control.
14
For Startup Review
What is the strongest value of Chraimus at the current stage?
The strongest value at the current stage is that Chraimus already demonstrates a structured product logic: business hierarchy, venue points, music profiles, metadata validation, point-based matching and controlled terminal playback. The next step is pilot validation with selected businesses.
15
For Businesses
What is Chraimus?
Chraimus is a B2B SaaS platform concept designed to help businesses manage suitable, controlled and point-based music experiences for commercial environments.
16
For Businesses
Who is Chraimus for?
Chraimus is designed for businesses such as hotels, resorts, cafés, restaurants, bars, spas, gyms, stores, malls, salons and other customer-facing venues that need controlled background music for different areas.
17
For Businesses
How is Chraimus different from a playlist?
A playlist is usually a fixed list of tracks. Chraimus is designed around business structure, venue points, atmosphere rules, music suitability, metadata validation and controlled playback. It focuses on the right music logic for the right business area.
18
For Businesses
Can each area of my venue have different music?
Yes. That is one of the core ideas behind Chraimus. A lobby, spa, restaurant, bar, gym, store or salon can each follow a different music profile and receive point-specific music logic.
19
Technical
Can staff control the music?
The platform is designed to reduce random staff-driven music decisions while still allowing a simplified business-side terminal experience. In future versions, permissions and control levels can be managed through admin settings.
20
Music Rights
Does Chraimus provide the music?
Chraimus is designed to provide access to selected, licensed, rights-cleared or business-use music sources through the platform. In the future, music may come from creators, producers, catalog owners or approved supply partners. Chraimus then organizes and matches the tracks according to venue type, venue point and business atmosphere.
21
Music Rights
Can my business use legally suitable music through Chraimus?
Chraimus is designed to support suitable, controlled and legally usable music experiences for commercial environments. The platform’s preferred model is to work with business-use tracks that have clear usage rights, structured metadata and suitability information, so businesses can move away from risky consumer playlists and random music decisions.
22
Music Rights
Can my business use custom-made music?
Custom-made music can be part of the future supply model if the tracks have the required usage rights and can be structured with the metadata needed for business-use matching.
23
Technical
How does the terminal work?
The terminal is a simplified playback interface for the venue point. It is designed to deliver suitable tracks for the assigned point rather than leaving each area to random playlist choices.
24
For Businesses
Can Chraimus help create a consistent brand atmosphere?
Yes. Chraimus is designed to help businesses reduce random music decisions and create a more consistent sound identity across different points, shifts and future locations.
25
Pricing
How is Chraimus planned to be priced?
The planned model is a low-friction annual subscription. A venue can start with a base annual subscription including one music point, while additional venue points can be added with point-based pricing.
26
Future Development
Is Chraimus ready for real business deployment today?
The current version is presented as a controlled MVP demo for review. A broader business deployment would follow productization, supplier workflow, usage-rights readiness, protected playback development and pilot customer validation.
