1. Intellectual Property Rights

All content provided through Chraimus, including but not limited to the brand, logos, interface designs, AI-driven algorithms, and the exclusive music library, is the intellectual property of Chraimus and protected under international copyright laws.

• Licensing: A subscription provides a limited, non-transferable license for public performance within the designated commercial venues. It does not grant ownership of any audio files or software source code.

2. Service Provision & Reliability

Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Chraimus strives for 99.9% uptime; however, we do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free due to global server maintenance or unforeseen technical issues.

3. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), Chraimus shall not be held liable for any indirect or consequential damages (including loss of business or profits) arising from the use or inability to use the terminal.

4. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tallinn, Estonia.
