Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the services and website ([www.chraimus.com]) provided by Chraimus ("we", "our", "service"). By registering or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these terms.

1. Definition of Service
Chraimus is a cloud-based subscription service that enables commercial enterprises to broadcast legal, ad-free, and high-fidelity music within their venues. All musical works in our library are owned by Chraimus and are fully licensed for commercial public performance.

2. User Eligibility
To use our services, you must:

Represent a legal commercial entity or be an individual at least 18 years of age.

Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.

3. Subscription Plans, Billing, and Renewal

Subscription: Our services are offered via annual or monthly plans (e.g., Essential, Pro, Enterprise) based on the number of active zones.

Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of the period at the then-current list price. You may disable auto-renewal via your dashboard at any time before the renewal date.

Trial Period: New members may enjoy a 15-day free trial. If not canceled before the trial ends, the selected plan will be automatically charged.

Payments: Payments are processed via secure third-party providers. Chraimus does not store your credit card data.

4. Intellectual Property & Licensing

License Grant: Your subscription grants a limited, non-transferable license to perform our music publicly in the authorized number of locations. It does not grant ownership of the music.

Restrictions: Copying, downloading for external use, reselling, or creating derivative works from Chraimus content is strictly prohibited.

5. Account Suspension & Termination
Chraimus reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account without prior notice in case of:

Breach of these terms.

Unauthorized sharing of license credentials.

Fraudulent use of the referral program.

6. Limitation of Liability
Chraimus provides the service "as is." While we guarantee the legal compliance of our library, we do not guarantee 100% uninterrupted service and are not liable for any indirect business losses or technical downtimes.

7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Any disputes shall be settled in the courts of Tallinn, Estonia.
